What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead projects end-to-end—combining agile project management, budget/cost control, and process optimization—working with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver measurable results.

I founded and run a fitness business where I built the website, app, video content, branding, and social media—while owning full business management with budget control and marketing strategy. I also coordinate external service providers to keep execution on track.

Previously, I worked as a Project Manager supporting agile project management, analyzing processes to optimize workflows, and monitoring schedules and costs while preparing progress reports. My engineering background includes process engineering and technical support—coordinating projects through implementation, handling project controlling and budget monitoring, and strengthening operations with tools such as MS Project, SAP, and SOLIDWORKS PDM.
