I'm looking to lead complex technology initiatives where I can coordinate cross-functional teams, build clear delivery processes, manage stakeholder needs, and guide projects from requirements through successful rollout.

I've led enterprise technology delivery at Prime Therapeutics, Medica, UCARE, Bank of America, BCBS Rhode Island, and TransX, coordinating migrations, integrations, platform enhancements, and business-readiness initiatives.

At Prime Therapeutics, I managed delivery across insurance plan and benefit migrations, Integrated Utilization Management work, UX enhancements, and the Magellan Rx-to-Prime Therapeutics rebrand. I ran Scrum ceremonies, coordinated business, product, software, QA, and technical teams, and maintained timelines, risks, dependencies, requirements, and release-readiness documentation.

My work combines business analysis with hands-on project delivery across healthcare, banking, and logistics. I build process maps, system diagrams, requirements, acceptance criteria, RAID logs, and UAT documentation while helping stakeholders navigate complex change.
