Mert Uçar

At ŞOK Marketler, I handled checkout operations and worked directly with customers in a busy retail environment. I also supported deliveries, stock organization, and shelf replenishment.

At ALFA24 Hotelservice & Gebäudereinigungs GmbH, I prepared guest rooms and assigned areas according to hygiene and quality standards. I followed structured workflows to complete time-sensitive tasks.

As a Software Development & Digitalization Intern at A.L.S. Anlasser & Lichtmaschinen, I develop and maintain an internal inventory and stock management system for automotive spare parts. I also support website updates, testing, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.

I built Mertory, an inventory management system for inventory, sales, and customer data, using Python, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, SQLite, and web technologies. I’m seeking a part-time customer support role where I can combine my Turkish native-language skills, near-native English, reliability, and technical aptitude.
