At Henkel’s MEA Innovation Centre, I took ownership of the Laundry Care packaging portfolio for MEA. I reduced packaging qualification cycle time by 50% through simulation and compatibility testing across five SKUs and projects spanning MEA and Latin America.
I launched in-house additive manufacturing capability that cut packaging design iteration time by 80% across Laundry, Home Care, and Beauty Care. Replacing externally sourced mockups and simulations saved €3,000 per unit.
During Henkel’s GROW program assignment in Düsseldorf, I built the region’s first predictive-simulation function, including three Virtual Testing Protocols and master models. This work helped prevent an estimated €6M in design-failure risk and shortened early-stage iteration by 25% with Onshape-based workflows.
I also increased recycled material use by 10% through five sustainability-driven packaging initiatives and published peer-reviewed research on finite element and multivariate random forests modelling for customized hip implants. I’m certified in FEA, Onshape, and SolidWorks, and hold a First Class Honours degree in Mechanical, Materials and Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Nottingham.
