Kedar Jivrakh
@kedarjivrakh
PhD chemical engineer specializing in 3D-printed adsorbents and CO2 conversion.
What I'm looking for
I am a PhD-trained chemical engineer with a focus on 3D-printed adsorbents, catalysts, and porous materials for carbon capture and conversion. My research spans synthesis, characterization, and performance testing of zeolites, MOFs, and multifunctional aerogels for gas adsorption and photocatalytic destruction.
During my doctoral and postdoctoral work I developed and tested 3D-printed gyroid monoliths, metal-supported Ni/Al2O3 catalysts for CO2 methanation, and composites for thermal energy storage, producing multiple peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations. I combine experimental skills (3D printing, adsorption, catalysis) with computational and characterization tools to translate materials concepts into operating systems.
I am driven to apply my technical expertise in research-driven environments that value innovation, collaboration, and measurable impact on decarbonization and indoor air quality. I have a proven record of scholarship, successful internships, and teaching support roles that demonstrate my ability to contribute across research and academic teams.
