What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an employer where I can build and hand over a fully automated B2B sales pipeline that finds, contacts and follows up with leads, with documentation and training.

At Blackbird / AILeadgeneration.nl, I build automated B2B outbound systems that find, assess, enrich, contact and follow up with leads. My own campaign booked 34 meetings from 904 emails, and I’ve achieved cold email reply rates of 10 to 30%.

I connect tools including Clay, Make.com, Instantly and HubSpot, and hand over client systems with documentation and training. Previously, I worked on AI automation and team leadership at Ray White Indonesia, managed projects at FYDD Logistics, and co-founded Cocktail Expert.
