I am a self-motivated, result-oriented public and media relations professional with strong customer service instincts and a focus on accurate, timely communication.
In parliamentary roles I prepared minutes, draft motions and order papers, produced verbatim transcripts and formatted Hansard reports, and took charge of several committees while earning recognition for quality and timeliness; I also attended intermediate Hansard training at CPST.
I have led customer-service teams, implemented filing and client-database systems, coordinated projects in field operations, and worked in PR roles producing press releases, stakeholder outreach and media coverage; earlier I progressed from reporter to news anchor.
