I'm looking for an HR role where I can improve workflows, support employee administration, and apply AI, HR technology, and automation to build more efficient HR processes.

I've supported HR operations at Josefina Belmonte Duran Albay Provincial Hospital for seven years, managing employee records, timekeeping, leave documentation, correspondence, and compliance processes.

As HR-Payroll In-charge, I prepare monthly payroll for casual employees, including allowances, and ensure required tax-exemption declarations and hospital transaction records are properly filed.
