Mercedes Pricilla

Special education and ABA professional focused on evidence-based student outcomes.
What I'm looking for
I’m a psychology-focused educator and Registered Behavioral Therapist who translates evidence-based plans into real, measurable progress. With a Master of Science in Psychology (anticipated graduation Dec 2025) and a 4.00 on a 4.00 scale, I bring academic rigor alongside a hands-on approach to supporting learners.
Most recently, I create IEP’s for ESE students and administer intensive reading, intensive math, and social skills in small-group settings. I conduct quarterly testing for progress reports, attend annual IEP meetings with parents, and collaborate with general education teachers to build the most successful learning environment—while also administering ABA therapy through BCBA-provided treatment plans, including routines like potty training and de-escalation.
