At dataSpecta on OYAK Group's HR Analytics project, I lead analytics delivery for 30+ subsidiaries, building and maintaining 200+ Tableau dashboards used by more than 105 stakeholders.

I architect SSIS-based ETL pipelines and centralized SQL Server data warehouses that consolidate HR data from multiple systems. I work with HR leaders and C-level stakeholders to define KPIs for headcount, turnover, performance, and organizational structure while maintaining data quality, consistency, and traceability.

Previously, I developed COVID-19 monitoring and PCR testing dashboards for the Ministry of Health and led hospitality housekeeping digitalization projects at Hotech.
