I am a hardworking banking professional with hands-on experience in customer service, retail banking operations, and sales of financial products. I combine strong academic training in banking and finance with practical experience in teller, loans, and account management roles.

At Société Générale Cameroun I supported customer-service operations, updated core banking records, followed up dormant accounts, and contributed to product sales and after-sales support. Earlier internships exposed me to loan analysis and recovery, account opening processes, and teller responsibilities.

I am a fast learner, detail-oriented team player and self-motivated worker who creates supportive, service-focused environments and helps teams meet targets. I have practical familiarity with Amplitude banking software and Microsoft Word and Excel.
