At Automattic's WooCommerce division, I own enterprise datasets for Payments and Marketplace products used by millions of merchants globally. I lead cloud data platform architecture across GCP and AWS, standardizing ETL/ELT pipelines and aligning data models with product, finance, and engineering needs.

I've reduced data platform spend by approximately 40% by moving ingestion to native pipelines, and helped save about $100K annually by migrating event tracking and analytics to an in-house platform. I also build data quality monitoring, anomaly detection, pipeline testing, and observability that improve trust in analytics.

My background spans software engineering, WooCommerce analytics development, doctoral research in machine learning and NLP, and Google Cloud training. I'm now extending my platform work into agentic AI systems, including context engineering, MCP development, multi-agent orchestration, and AI evals.
