What I'm looking for

I seek senior roles in renewable energy where I can lead project delivery, strategic planning, technical design, and capacity building in off-grid and distributed energy systems.

I am an electrical power engineer (M.Sc.) with 14 years of professional experience, 12 of which focus on renewable energy, including solar mini-grids, PV water pumping, and micro-hydro projects across Ethiopia and the wider region.

I have led World Bank–financed solar mini-grid projects (ADELE), managed feasibility studies, design, installation, testing and commissioning, and provided consultancy for government and international organizations (UNHCR, GIZ, Ministry of Health).

I combine technical design skills (PVsyst, AutoCAD, HOMER, RETScreen, PSIM), hands-on installation and commissioning experience, training delivery, and strategic planning to deliver sustainable energy solutions and build local capacity.
