What I'm looking for

I'm looking to bring my communication, organization, research, and people-focused service skills to a role where I can take responsibility, learn quickly, coordinate complex needs, and deliver thoughtful support.

I've worked independently as a mobile personal trainer and class instructor since 2015, building lasting client relationships through personalized, encouraging instruction. Across nearly 20 years in health and fitness, I've adapted my approach to individual needs and communicated clearly with people from diverse backgrounds.

I also founded and operated Goodies With Goodness, a home baking business creating bespoke items for dietary restrictions from recipes I developed. My work has included client retention, service development, marketing, administration, scheduling, logistics, and taking projects from concept to delivery.

As a caregiver and care manager for a parent with Alzheimer's disease, I coordinated appointments, staff, medication, logistics, research, and administrative and legal processes. I'm looking to bring my organization, research, discretion, adaptability, and people-focused communication to a new role.
