I'm completing a Master of Chiropractic at Health Sciences University in Bournemouth, where I provide patient treatment and continuous care as a Chiropractic Intern.

In clinic, I complete consent and patient documentation, upload confidential records, prepare GP letters, take cholesterol readings after blood sampling training, and apply radiology knowledge to interpret imaging results. I've also completed audit work involving data handling, pattern recognition, and analysis.

Alongside my clinical work, I've worked as a Customer Service Manager at Ladbrokes/Coral since 2019, resolving complaints, managing customer needs, meeting KPIs, and de-escalating potentially hostile situations.

I'm fluent in Russian and English, comfortable working independently or collaboratively, and committed to learning through active listening and feedback.
