I’m an AI quality and communication specialist with hands-on experience evaluating AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, consistency, clarity, and potential user-facing risks. I bring multilingual proofreading and structured research habits to quality-control workflows that require sustained concentration and careful attention to detail.

In my current role as an AI Data Trainer, I review large volumes of written content while maintaining consistent quality standards. I identify weak, misleading, inconsistent, or unsupported responses, compare information across multiple sources to assess factual reliability, and produce structured English-language reports with clear recommendations for improvement. I also analyze recurring response patterns and build a reusable QA knowledge base with error categories and case-handling guidance.

Before this, I managed customer communication as a Wholesale Sales Manager, handling inquiries, availability questions, order details, and service issues across phone and written channels. I adapted my communication to different customer needs, maintained accurate product listings and customer/order records, and coordinated requests with internal sales and fulfilment processes in a fast-paced environment. Earlier, as a Communication Assistant Intern, I gathered operational needs from school representatives and converted stakeholder interviews into clear written summaries for partner evaluation and planning.

I’ve also completed multilingual proofreading work for Ukrainian-, Russian-, and Crimean Tatar-language content, correcting spelling, grammatical, formatting, and consistency errors while ensuring compliance with established language and formatting standards. I’m motivated by repeatable quality systems—where I can document issues, improve guidance, and help make outputs more reliable and user-safe.
