What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a public health role where I can lead case management and community engagement, train and mentor teams, coordinate with government/community partners, and use monitoring data to improve protection and nutrition services.

I’m a results-driven public health professional focused on case management, community engagement, and nutrition programs. In my most recent role as a Case Management Officer, I supervise Community Case Workers, ensure quality case management for OVC and caregivers, and strengthen child protection, referral systems, and SOP adherence through trainings, mentoring, and supportive supervision.

I also support community outreach, demand creation, and SBCC, coordinating AGYW services such as vulnerability assessments and group formation. I’m comfortable with monitoring and reporting—preparing weekly and monthly performance reports, collaborating with data teams, improving service delivery with data, and maintaining tools like service directories—while coordinating with local government authorities and community structures.
