At Tanzania Red Cross Society, I supported HIV and health activities for the USAID Kizazi Kipya Project in Simiyu – Maswa Council. I worked with Community Case Workers to trace children who missed clinic appointments, link at-risk adolescents to HIV testing, and connect families with support and nutrition services.
As a Clinical Tracker with Management and Development for Health, I tracked missed clinic visits, updated CTC 2 records, and provided health education on clinic adherence. My earlier work with Tanzania Early Childhood Development, Mwanza Women Development Association, and The Growing Mind Initiatives focused on coordinating projects and supporting children, families, and communities.
