I’m looking to lead day-to-day operations and customer service, using accurate finance support, documentation, and coordination to improve service delivery in a fast-paced, growth-focused organization.

I’m a results-driven general manager with experience spanning administrative support, business operations, customer service, and fashion production. I’m trusted to coordinate high-impact daily operations while maintaining accuracy, discretion, and efficiency in fast-paced environments.

At Good Shepherd Academy, I provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to keep daily activities running smoothly. I manage executive calendars and correspondence, maintain financial records, assist with budgeting and payroll preparation, and process invoices and procurement documentation with precision.

I also bring strong client-first experience from my role as a Customer Care Executive, where I handled inquiries and complaint resolution across multiple channels. I process client requests and service issues efficiently, strengthen client relationships, and improve service delivery through clear communication and problem-solving.

Before that, I built hands-on operations and production coordination skills through fashion and production internships and assistant roles. From bridal and corset production support to logistics, inventory tracking, quality control, packaging, and vendor communication, I consistently help teams move from concept to delivery.
