I am an IT professional with a strong focus on telecommunications network management and infrastructure monitoring. Currently, I work as a Network Operations Centre Engineer at Digicel PNG Limited, where I monitor the availability and performance of telecommunications networks, ensuring that any anomalies are reported and resolved promptly. My role involves analyzing servers, applications, and databases, and I am committed to minimizing downtime through effective communication with site technicians and third-party support.

In addition to my technical expertise, I have experience in educational environments, having served as a Training Coordinator and Database Management Trainee Course Coordinator at Datec Learning Centres. Here, I assisted students with both theoretical and practical academic tasks, demonstrating my ability to communicate complex information effectively. My diverse skill set includes database management, programming, and customer service, all of which contribute to my goal of adding value to any organization I am part of.
