What I'm looking for

I'm looking to own and improve identity, endpoint, cloud, and IT automation platforms, partnering closely with Security, Engineering, and HR. I value Agile environments where I can build reliable, observable services with meaningful operational impact.

At SumUp, I build and own identity lifecycle automation, endpoint management, and AI-enabled IT operations across a large-scale cloud environment. I architected a JML platform using Azure Logic Apps, PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph API that automated thousands of identity events and reduced manual provisioning effort by more than 70%.

I run Microsoft Intune for a 4,100+ device fleet and implemented zero-touch provisioning through Apple Business Manager and Automated Device Enrollment. I also connect Intune compliance to Entra ID Conditional Access and enforce fleet-wide BitLocker and FileVault encryption.

I’ve built practical automation products including an AI IT helpdesk chatbot in Slack using Langdock and RAG pipelines, real-time CMDB synchronisation between Intune and Jira Assets, and event-driven Slack workflows connected to HRIS webhooks. My focus is reliable, observable automation with structured logging, retry logic, alerting, and clear runbooks.

Previously at Delivery Hero and IMIDRO, I managed infrastructure, Active Directory, endpoint security, monitoring, networking, virtualisation, and disaster recovery. I bring more than 10 years of experience partnering with Security, Engineering, and HR to make IT services scalable, secure, and easier to operate.
