I am a marketing graduate with practical experience across interpreting, client management, and business development roles. I combine language skills with marketing training to improve client communication and operational outcomes.

In my recent role as an interpreter I have handled interpretation, cultural mediation, client coordination, and customer support, contributing to smoother cross-cultural collaboration. Previously, as a Client Management Executive I led social media marketing, customer support, and client communication initiatives.

My background also includes accounts operations at an insurance company and part-time business development for a creative studio where I identified growth opportunities, generated leads, and developed proposals. I have freelanced as an article writer on platforms like Fiverr and Upwork, producing website content and sales copy.

I bring strong communication, writing, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, and I am motivated to apply creativity and critical thinking to drive client satisfaction and business growth.
