I'm currently keeping Siemens MR systems reliable across Germany's Ruhr region at Siemens Healthcare, coordinating local customers and technical support to meet service levels.
Across more than 20 years in the Siemens environment, I've delivered nationwide MRI service, remote support, installations, handovers, and long-term maintenance contracts. At Fanavari Azmayeshgahi, I led eight service engineers while ensuring MRI hardware and software performance across Iran.
I've also supported sales with technical expertise, instructed clinical teams, and developed product-management and marketing materials for medical technology.
I combine biomedical engineering with service management, IT infrastructure, HPS methods, Hoshin Kanri, change management, structured problem solving, and product ownership to improve service processes.
