At ZS Associates, I build and maintain daily data pipelines with Databricks, Python, SQL, and Git. I led a Unity Catalog migration that reduced pipeline failures from 30% to 10% and improved runtime efficiency by 30%.

I also developed backend services and REST APIs for the Facility-Fit application using FastAPI and PostgreSQL, with CI/CD on Docker and AWS EKS. I helped migrate the app from Spotfire to React and FastAPI, improving performance and user experience for more than 100 users.

More recently, I've developed an internal RAG-based chatbot with LangGraph to support user queries and run-history retrieval, while mentoring junior team members on pipeline development and monitoring.

Earlier, I built an employee attrition prediction model at the Indian Statistical Institute that achieved 86% accuracy, and supported a UNEP marine plastic waste project at the National Productivity Council through data cleaning and analysis.
