At ZS Associates, I designed the technical approach for a KPI standardization engagement and lead a 14-person team building a Python and Databricks accelerator to trace, document, and compare KPIs. I also designed a Databricks entity-resolution approach that reached approximately 95% chargeback-to-DDD mapping across in-scope brands.
Earlier at ZS Associates, I led migrations of analytics scripts and legacy SQL pipelines into Databricks, achieving 99.9% and approximately 99% reconciliation accuracy, respectively. I also developed production ETL pipelines and near-real-time data refreshes, and helped design TrialBridge, an AI-enabled clinical-trial recruitment prototype that won second place in an internal innovation hackathon.
