What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build my counselling practice through ethical, evidence-based work that supports clients, children, and families. I value trauma-informed, queer-affirmative, culturally sensitive care and opportunities for supervised professional growth.

I've delivered supervised pro-bono counselling at IIPR, creating CBT- and REBT-based treatment plans and maintaining ethically compliant case documentation.

I use cognitive restructuring, Socratic questioning, behavioural activation, SFBT, and Narrative Therapy to help clients address unhelpful thoughts, avoidance, and self-limiting narratives.

At Insighte Childcare, I supported neurodivergent children one-to-one, strengthening their social, behavioural, and adaptive functioning in mainstream classroom settings. I also coached parents remotely through BabyCloud App on early childhood development and positive parenting.

My training includes psychiatric and psychological observership at Compathy Health and Moolchand Hospital, along with assessment exposure and research on social media fatigue, emotional well-being, and hopelessness among university students.
