What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support emotional well-being and adaptive functioning through counselling, psychoeducation, behavioural assessment, and evidence-based interventions in academic or mental health settings.

I supported students and faculty at Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra School through life skills, stress management, and sex education workshops for grades 1–10.

I developed personalised behavioural management plans, provided in-person counselling, and collaborated with school staff to support students facing learning, behavioural, academic, and personal challenges.

I also facilitated professional development workshops for over 200 educators, conducted parent-teacher consultations, and used psychometric assessments to inform individualised student support plans.

Through internships at The Mind Research Foundation and Bhopal Memorial Hospital & Research Centre, I built experience in CBT-informed treatment planning, clinical documentation, Mental Status Examinations, case history taking, and therapeutic settings.
