Megha Soni

I’m a healthcare professional with over 8 years of teaching and clinical experience, specialized in public health management and hospital administration. I focus on student-centered learning, academic excellence, and translating evidence into practical healthcare action.

As a Visiting Faculty member at B.N. Patel Paramedical college (2017–2024), I delivered lectures in Preventive and Social medicine, prepared academic notes, set and evaluated university examination papers, and supported curriculum development for newly introduced Diploma in Hospital Administration. I also conducted multidisciplinary sessions and teaching for the Diploma in Medical Record Technology program, including online delivery during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Clinically, I served as an Assistant Medical Officer at Shree Krishna Hospital, where I conducted comprehensive health check-ups, reviewed diagnostic reports, identified abnormal findings, and provided medical advice and counselling. I also supported departmental operations through daily reporting, staff coordination, and smooth workflow management.

In public health, I worked as a Master Trainer (IMNCI & Child Health, District Health Society, Bhind), training ASHAs, ANMs, and Anganwadi workers to reduce neonatal mortality through classroom and field-based instruction. My research and publications include mental health after mastectomy and projects on treatment adherence in Type II diabetes, as well as costing of Ayushman Bharat services—combining structured tools, interviews (including 130+ patients), and qualitative/quantitative analysis.
