I am a medical professional with an MPH in Health Policy and Administration, combining a strong clinical foundation with experience in public health research, data analysis, policy, program evaluation, and healthcare systems.

My clinical experience as an Assistant Doctor at Central Republican Hospital involved supporting patient assessments, diagnostic and treatment procedures, clinical documentation, and multidisciplinary case management. Through my MPH training, I developed skills in statistical analysis using SPSS and Excel, research methodology, literature review, policy analysis, program evaluation, grant development, and evidence-based decision-making.

At California Baptist University’s Nursing Simulation Center, I conducted structured audits of clinical simulation cases using INACSL Healthcare Simulation Standards of Best Practice. I reviewed evidence and clinical guidelines, identified gaps related to health equity, social determinants of health, cultural competence, and public health relevance, and incorporated CDC and WHO epidemiological data and emerging health priorities into recommendations for curriculum improvement.

I have also worked on public health projects involving food insecurity, substance abuse prevention, telehealth strategy, emergency preparedness, and health policy. My training includes FEMA/ICS and NIMS emergency management systems, CITI research training, and experience communicating research findings and recommendations to academic and professional stakeholders.

I am interested in opportunities in data analysis, monitoring and evaluation, program planning, public health research, health policy, healthcare operations, and program management. I am particularly motivated by roles where I can combine clinical knowledge, public health expertise, and data-driven approaches to improve healthcare delivery, evaluate programs, support evidence-based policy, and address health disparities in underserved communities.
