I prepared quotations, handled payment follow-ups, and coordinated with customers and the Accounts team while maintaining accurate sales reports for internal analysis.

I also strengthened my e-commerce execution through Amazon and portal order monitoring—verifying order accuracy and entries in Tally ERP, maintaining dispatch and tracking information, and resolving customer queries by organizing required documents and supporting GEM bids. Previously, I worked as a Social Media Operator and Data Entry Operator, which sharpened my analytics mindset, content scheduling, and attention to discrepancy reporting.
