I am a Senior HR Specialist and spent the past 2.5 years building skills in multi-cultural teams via end-to-end recruitment processes, engaging the remote team of different time zone, creating training modules, and strategizing the employee benefit policies. Created an unconventional way of hiring by creating a web3 job portal and managed every process end to end including community management.

I am HR Specialist, worked with ed-tech, and government organizations and currently working at web3 as Senior HR, and spent the past 2.5 years building skills in multi-cultural teams via end-to-end recruitment processes, engaging the remote team of different time zone, creating training modules, and strategizing the employee benefit policies. Created an unconventional way of hiring by creating a web3 job portal and managed every process end to end including community management. While working at a web3 company, I generated a revenue stream by creating a web3 job portal and managing its end-to-end process. I developed strategies to increase job listings and candidates on the website and created and hosted events, webinars, and activities within the community. I analyzed the growth of the website and improved strategies on a bi-weekly basis. I also built a web3 users community on Telegram, Twitter, Discord, and LinkedIn, which grew to over 500 members and daily 20+ web3 jobs listing in the community. I am drawn to the HR field because of my passion for helping people grow and succeed within a company. I have strong communication skills and am able to handle confidential information with tact and discretion. I am also able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
