What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can support teams through organised administration, data management, client communication, project coordination, and creative digital marketing work.

I've supported operations at MICB and Smart Cabinets and Fittings, handling high-volume data, reports, CRM records, quotations, documentation, and client queries.

At MICB, I captured and verified automotive and customs data with precision while maintaining CRM databases for customer lifecycle tracking. My work combines organised follow-through, clear communication, and reliable support that helps teams streamline workflows.

I've also built hands-on marketing and creative experience through an Etsy shop, a gaming YouTube channel, and Fiverr freelance projects. I design and market digital products, create content, build branding, and use Pinterest campaigns to promote products.

I'm comfortable adapting to new tools and fast-paced work, using Microsoft Office, Excel, Canva, Figma, and Trello to keep work accurate, organised, and moving forward.
