I've spent more than 10 years helping customers solve problems, navigate technology, and get more value from the products and services they use. At Design Pickle, I served as the main point of contact for customer accounts, supporting onboarding, platform adoption, subscription changes, billing questions, and escalated concerns.

I troubleshoot platform access, workflow, account-setting, and file-submission issues while partnering with technical and production teams to identify long-term solutions. I also monitor account health, share customer feedback internally, and help improve processes and the overall customer experience.

At Uber HQ, I investigated complex cases involving discrimination, accessibility, and service concerns, maintained detailed case documentation, and used Excel and internal tools for reporting and process improvements.

My background also includes high-volume customer service, dispatch coordination, invoicing, retail operations, inventory, scheduling, payroll, bookkeeping, and employee coaching. I bring empathy, professionalism, careful communication, and a strong focus on positive customer outcomes.
