I've led enterprise technology programs for Coles Group, Wesfarmers Health, Woolworths Group, and WorkJam, delivering AI, analytics, eCommerce, cloud security, workforce technology, and SaaS initiatives at scale.

At Coles Group, I directed a $20M AI and analytics transformation across 12 workstreams, four vendors, and 70+ staff. I established the enterprise PMO, owned financial governance and executive reporting, and guided multi-technology delivery through to production.

I build practical governance, develop delivery teams, and keep executives aligned on risks, decisions, budgets, and outcomes across complex portfolios.
