What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level role where I can combine research, analytics, and people-focused insights to support business decisions, client growth, and data-driven workflow improvements in a fast-paced environment.

I’m a final-year B.Sc. Clinical Psychology student with a Minor in Business Management, and I bring a research-first mindset to organisational studies, market research, and sales. I publish research and communicate insights clearly to help teams make better decisions in fast-paced settings.

In my Human Resources internship, I conducted a project-based organisational study and ran a Time–Motion Study to evaluate work patterns, task duration, and productivity metrics. I identified operational bottlenecks, applied time series analysis concepts, and produced data-driven recommendations for workflow and resource optimisation.

Across consulting and business development roles, I’ve supported qualitative and quantitative research through surveys and interviews, while also driving pipeline growth through cold outreach, follow-ups, and client relationship building. I’m looking to keep combining people-focused insights with rigorous analysis to deliver measurable business impact.
