I am a PhD-qualified natural resource management and climate adaptation specialist with 24 years of technical and managerial experience implementing multi-donor projects (USAID, UNDP, World Bank, JICA, GIZ) across forest, wetland and coastal landscapes in Bangladesh. I have led large regional teams, developed program workplans and budgets, overseen financial and procurement compliance, and delivered substantial conservation and resilient-livelihood outcomes including species conservation plans, community nurseries, renewable energy installations and distribution of improved cookstoves.
I have hands-on expertise in community-based natural resource management, biodiversity monitoring, participatory planning (PRA/PCVA), value-chain and AIG promotion, WASH and gender mainstreaming, and climate finance awareness. I consistently drive stakeholder engagement with government, donors and private sector partners, produce high-quality technical and M&E reporting, and design capacity building and training programs to ensure sustainable project impact.
