I've supported UNDRR, UNDP, UNCDF, UN Women, GIZ, WFP, and local governments to strengthen disaster risk reduction, climate adaptation, and multi-hazard early warning systems across the Global South.

As Advisor to the Multi-hazard Early Warning System Design & Implementation Center, I lead work on end-to-end early warning systems, Emergency Operations Centers, real-time data acquisition, nowcasting, Common Alerting Protocol-based dissemination, and risk-informed planning.

My recent international work includes developing Somalia's Early Warning for All roadmap with UNDRR, strengthening climate early warning communication for Sierra Leone's National Disaster Management Agency, and designing impact-based forecasting and forecast-based financing tools for Mongolia with UNDP.

Over 26 years, I've combined GIS, remote sensing, climate risk assessment, institutional assessment, and local-government planning to help vulnerable communities prepare for hazards, coordinate response, and build resilience.
