At Maxis Broadband, I lead Core & Transport network procurement, shaping category strategy, negotiating with suppliers, and managing approximately USD 1 billion in annual sourcing activity. I delivered around USD 25 million savings through a Packet & Voice Core refresh and approximately USD 40 million through Transport Domain negotiations with Huawei.
Previously at Robi Axiata, I managed end-to-end procurement for RAN, transmission, and core networks, overseeing roughly USD 100 million in yearly spend. I was recognized as an outstanding employee in 2019 and 2020 and contributed as a member of the Robi Accelerated Development Program.
My experience also spans technology budgeting, business planning, network planning, NOC operations, and transmission network implementation. I combine an Electrical & Electronic Engineering background, an MBA, and Certified ScrumMaster training to connect technical requirements with commercial outcomes.
