I am a results-driven oil & gas professional with over 30 years' experience across upstream operations, project engineering, and cost & planning functions in onshore and offshore environments. I bring deep expertise in budgeting, cost control, schedule development, contract execution, and EPC/EPCC delivery from FEED through commissioning and start-up.

In leadership roles I have led multidisciplinary teams, tendering and contract execution, and implemented ISO9001 systems while liaising with major clients and international partners. I have a strong track record in progress measurement, change order monitoring, resource planning, and producing high-quality MDRs, S-curves and executive reports.

Key achievements include transforming a service provider's revenue from RM1 million to RM10 million in four years, commissioning SCADA for over 1,200 wellheads that reduced downtime, and delivering a RM7M waste-to-energy pilot plant on time and budget. I am experienced with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, SAP ERP, Pathloss and various telecom and SCADA platforms.

I communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia and have conversational ability in Arabic and Spanish. I am seeking to apply my strategic planning, cost management and project delivery skills in a Senior Engineer or similar leadership role focused on project cost, planning and operations excellence.
