Md Ibrahim Khalil

I am a B.B.A. (Hon's) graduate in Management with hands-on experience managing retail operations and part-time teaching. I bring practical leadership from serving as an Outlet Manager and community involvement as vice‑president of a blood donation organization.

As an Outlet Manager (June 2019–January 2025) I ran store-level operations, handled POS systems, and led teams to meet sales and service goals. I complement operational experience with teaching duties at a coaching centre, reinforcing my communication and mentoring abilities.

I am proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), Windows OS, and internet research, and I hold a certificate in Microsoft Office applications. I communicate effectively in English and am fluent in Bengali, with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

I am seeking to build a career in a reputable financial or commercial organization where I can apply my management skills, continue learning, and contribute to operational excellence and customer service.
