I assist the store manager in all areas of daily business operations, human resources, customer service and merchandising. I coordinate, monitor, and report on daily operations to keep work flowing smoothly.

I help lead the team by recruiting, training, and supervising employees. I also manage employee schedules, conduct performance reviews, and enforce disciplinary actions while ensuring store policies and procedures are followed.

I monitor and maintain suitable store inventory levels and support a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing store front. I resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner, and ensure the store environment complies with health and safety regulations.
