What I'm looking for

I'm looking for HR and talent-focused work where I can contribute to recruitment, candidate coordination, talent development, organizational psychology, and research-driven people practices.

I've supported talent acquisition and people operations at Flowmingo, ShopUp, Augmedix, and ICAB, coordinating candidates, interviews, onboarding documentation, and stakeholder relationships.

At ShopUp, I coordinated onboarding for 15+ joiners across eight roles with 100% documentation completion and managed 30+ candidates through scheduling and cold calling. At ICAB, I managed articleship data for 3,500+ active students, while my customer service work at Genex Infosys involved handling 100+ inbound calls daily. I'm interested in organizational psychology, talent development, and research-driven HR practice.
