I’m looking for a backend/architecture role where I can design regulated, audit-ready systems—event-driven, scalable, and observable—while partnering on roadmap delivery and mentoring teams. I’m open to remote work across the UK, EU, or US.

I’m a senior backend engineer with 5+ years architecting compliance-critical systems for government, healthcare, and financial-services clients. I specialize in event-driven microservice architectures, regulatory rule engines, and cross-organisation data exchange under formal audit constraints, and I’ve shipped systems for the UK care sector, the Norwegian Research Council, and the Government of Bangladesh.

In my most recent work, I built a real-time compliance engine that eliminated manual compliance checks and reduced post-assignment corrections dramatically, while designing audit-grade payment and transaction traceability using OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana. I also lead solution design with ICONIX/UML, mentor engineers on event-driven patterns, and translate R&D into production—paired with peer-reviewed publication in IEEE Access, IEEE ICBC, ACM, and ICSE.
