Led backend platform development for EU federated learning projects (FLUTE & TRUMPET), enabling privacy-preserving AI workflows across hospital partners without raw clinical data leaving local premises. Built role-based dashboards and REST APIs with audit-ready access control, HL7 FHIR + DICOM pipelines, and zero-trust mTLS security using SPIRE/Envoy.

Redeveloped the e-commerce backend from scratch, achieving 2X traffic capacity with an architecture capable of 4X peak load and reducing average API response time by ~65%. Orchestrated zero-downtime migration of 2M+ orders and built Neo4j recommendations plus Apache Solr search to improve product discovery.

Built a citizen engagement and service management platform for Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC), supporting 241K+ citizen records and multi-stage service workflows. Developed mobile APIs for Robi Alpha subscriber integrations and maintained a homegrown payment gateway with stability-focused bug fixes and feature rollouts.

Collaborated on a cross-cultural team to deliver a hotel booking platform for Japanese small-to-medium hotels. Implemented server-side business logic and RESTful APIs for hotel registration, search, and booking, and deployed the system on AWS at launch for reliability and operational efficiency.
