I’m a results-driven strategy, regulatory, and operations professional with 10+ years’ experience across telecommunications, ICT, broadcasting, postal, and finance in Botswana. I focus on licensing, compliance, market research, tariff analysis, and project management within a high-compliance, multi-stakeholder regulatory environment.

At BOCRA, I handled regulated licensing and compliance for national operators across telecoms, ICT, broadcasting, and postal sectors, supporting the core economic regulatory functions impacting communications infrastructure and services. I also conducted market research and economic analysis to shape regulatory policy, strategies, and guidelines.

I evaluated and processed tariff and product costing submissions to ensure regulatory compliance and fair market practices. I was recognised as the youngest Departmental Champion for Business Continuity, Performance Management System (PMS), and Risk Management.

Earlier in my career, I strengthened my financial acumen as an intern finance assistant and part-time accountant, performing investment account reconciliation and end-to-end creditor/debtor reconciliation while maintaining records in Pastel Accounting. I bring PRINCE2-backed project discipline, stakeholder engagement, and business continuity expertise to every delivery.
