What I'm looking for

I'm looking to evaluate and develop hospitality, mixed-use, and large-scale real estate investments through acquisitions, feasibility analysis, financial modeling, and strategic development work.

At HVS, I provide strategic consulting for convention centers, sports venues, and entertainment facilities, using market analysis, financial modeling, feasibility studies, and economic impact assessments to support municipalities, developers, and public-sector clients.

Previously at Parkridge Development, I managed real estate investments from site identification and acquisition through entitlements, financing, and execution across Northern Utah. I've underwritten residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, structured acquisitions and joint ventures, and built pro formas for projects including affordable housing and destination-focused hospitality developments.
