I've built investment analytics and capital-raising infrastructure behind portfolio growth, including 10 self-storage acquisitions valued above $15M each and a secure investor portal that supported $20M in capital raised.

At Top Hat CRE, I served as the firm's first finance professional and led analytics as the business grew more than fivefold, adding 50 properties and its first five apartment complexes. I automated institutional investor reporting to cut generation time by 90%, built Python- and HTML-based portfolio analytics, and developed multifamily and layered capital-stack models.

At OneMain Financial, I provided statistical modeling, machine learning, and credit-risk analytics for $100M in loans. I improved delinquency forecasting accuracy from 60% to 90% through more detailed classification models across payment histories, credit scores, and delinquency patterns.
