At Nine12Aries, I build Power BI reports and dashboards that support performance monitoring and data-driven decisions. I use DAX, Power Query, data modelling and SQL to turn business questions into useful insights.

I also document requirements and processes, support UAT and release readiness, and contribute to Agile delivery. My work has included modelling AS IS and TO BE processes and contributing to a cloud migration initiative.

At Home Sleep Centre, I managed medical billing and patient charting remotely, reviewed records for errors, and supported patients by phone and email. I kept appointments and records organised while following HIPAA, POPIA and HPCSA requirements.

Earlier, I processed patient billing in MEDITECH at Lancet Laboratories and supported specimen registration and data integrity. I’ve also tutored Biology, Anatomy and English, and at WeThinkCode_ I support student mentoring and placement intake.
