What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build pragmatic automation capabilities that solve real infrastructure problems, strengthen in-house ownership and control, and enable teams through reusable standards, mentoring, validation, and incremental delivery.

I'm leading an in-house network automation practice for federal government nationwide SDN infrastructure through Nassar Consultants/Foresign, defining governance, standards, guardrails, validation, and delivery methodology while building hands-on solutions with Python, Ansible, Terraform, APIs, GitOps, and CI/CD.

I've reduced large-scale workload migration effort by 90%, delivered 20x+ efficiency improvements in targeted migrations, increased circuit migration throughput from about one to 8+ circuits per hour, and built concurrent Python WebSocket plugins for Ansible Event-Driven Automation that unblocked critical infrastructure upgrades.

My 25+ years span Amazon Global Backbone, Rogers, financial services, government, telecom, and service providers. I favor pragmatic, need-driven engineering: simple, proven tools, incremental delivery, and in-house capabilities that maximize ownership, portability, and control.
