At Dar Al Fouad Hospital, I provided technical support to hospital staff and resolved support tickets. I installed and administered Windows Server authentication and access control, managed Group Policy, and troubleshot domain, login, and policy issues.
On Smart Village – Fiber Optics Projects, I worked on fiber optics projects involving splicing and cable routing. I performed OTDR testing and endpoint termination, and assisted senior engineers.
As an FTTH Fiber Technician, I installed and commissioned FTTH cabinets and fiber distribution networks. I spliced feeder, splitter, and drop cables, and installed and terminated fiber sockets and ONT devices at customer premises.
